Exam Administration Dates

In order to ensure fulfilment of the National English Program in Basic Education objectives (NEPBE), the Language Department designs, through its Technical Pedagogical Advisors (TPAs), Standardized Bimester Exams which are based on the syllabi of the NEPBE. To prepare your students for the Standardized Bimester Exams, at the beginning of each bimester a file with the unit’s objectives will be uploaded to SAPI.

1	October 20th.	October 23rd and 26th to 29th
2	December 9th	December 14th to 18th
3	February 16th	February 19th and 22nd to 25th
4	April 19th	April 22nd and 25th to 28th
5	June 15th	June 20th to 23rd and 27th

Take into consideration that:

• The contents of the exams are strictly based on the NEPBE syllabi.
• The four language skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking) are evaluated.
• Exam dates cannot be changed under any circumstance.
• There is a two-day period between the downloading date and the administration date so you have enough time to print the exams and reproduce them with support from your principal.

After grading the exams, register the scores in the Evaluation Record which can be downloaded from SAPI in the INSTRUCTOR’S FILE section.
