In order to start the 2019-2020 school year, read the following information to comply with the activities for this month of August:

August 9 to 12 |
You will receive an email indicating date and time for each one of the processes to be followed to start the school year. |
August 12 to 14 |
Attend corresponding regional office to: 1. Receive the designation letter(s) for the school year 2. Update or confirm personal information 3. Sign Commitment Letter for the school year 4. Sign the Internal Regulations of the Language Department Important notes:

August 15 to 21 |
During these days you will be attending the CTE only in one of the schools you are assigned to, considering that morning shift schools will prevail if you have more than one assignation:

August 15 to 19 |
Agree with the principal on the schedule to be followed in each school and fill the corresponding Statistic and Schedule form. Have the Designation Letter(s) and the Statistics and Schedule Form(s) stamped and signed by the principal(s). Present these to your Enlace at the regional office at the established date and time. When delivering the documents you will receive the new login and password to get into SAPI. Upon receipt of the Statistics and Schedule Form(s) and based on the official statistics reported, you will receive the Standardized Exams Booklets for the school year. |
August 15 to 20 |
Access SAPI using your new login and password to register the new schedule(s) for the school year. It is very important to consider August 20 as the last day to do it. |
August 21 |
Last day of CTE, have the corresponding Proof of Attendance filled out, stamped and signed by the principal. |
August 22 and 23 |
Deliver the filled out, signed and stamped Proof of Attendance to your Enlace at the corresponding Regional Office from 8:00 to 13:30 hours and from 15:00 to 17:30 hours, at the established date and time. It is very important to consider August 23 as the last day to do it. |
