Survey for the 2014-2015 School Year

Dear English Instructor,


As part of your responsibilities as an English instructor, you must fill out the Survey for the 2014-2015 School Year. This online survey was designed to let the Language Department know your plans for the 2014-2015 school year. Read the instructions carefully to adequately fill out the survey form that follows this message.




Instructions:

• Fill out the survey, even if you are planning not to continue as an instructor for the next school year.

• Provide accurate information about your current school and options for the next school year; verify the school name, CCT and shift (morning, full time or afternoon). Click here to find information of schools in the state of Nuevo León.

• Submit the survey only once, before March 28th, 2014, 18:00 hrs. Additional submissions will be discarded.

Important:

• Upon submission, changes to the survey cannot be made.

• Visit our website, as of May 30th, 2014, to view your designation(s).

• The Language Department will analyze your school options to determine your group and grade designation.

• Schools with 6, 7 or 8 groups will be designated to a single instructor.

• You will receive an e-mail to confirm your submission no later than two working days.

ATTENTION! Not sending your survey before March 28th, 2014, 18:00 hrs. will automatically mean your schools will be available for another instructor for the next school year and there will be no special considerations regarding this matter.
