Procedures to Start the 2014-2015 School Year
Dear English instructor,
In order to start the 2014-2015 school year, read and follow this important information about the activities that will be carried out during the month of August:

|
Using the password that you currently have, print from SAPI the following forms for the 2014-2015 school year:

11th
|
Your 2013-2014 password to access SAPI will be disabled. |
|
11th to 13th
|
Present yourself at the school(s) that you are assigned for the 2014-2015 school year and provide the principal(s) the
Keep in mind that both documents have to be signed by the principal and must have the schools’ stamp. |

14th to 15th
|
Deliver the filled out, signed and stamped forms of the designation letter(s) and statistics and schedule form. A representative from the Language Department will be accessible at your corresponding Regional Office* from 8:00 – 14:00 hrs. and 15:00 – 18:00 hrs. to receive these documents. *In regions 5, 9, and 10 a representative from the Regional Office will be receiving documents. Important: After giving your paper work, you will receive your 2014-2015 password to access SAPI which will be ready to use as of the 14th of August. |

As of the 15th
|
Register your schedule in SAPI, having as deadline August the 22nd before 18:00 hrs. |
If you are assigned to a full time school you will start classes on August 18th, 2014 and if you are assigned to a regular time school (morning or afternoon shift) you will start classes on September 1st, 2014.
