Starting the 2015-2016 School Year
Dear English instructor,
As you already know the 2015-2016 school year is about to start. It is necessary to deliver your Designation Letter, as well as your Statistics and Schedule Letter to a Language Department’s representative at your assigned Regional Office. Keep in mind that both documents have to be signed by the principal and must have the school’s stamp.

These documents will be received at your corresponding Regional Office from 8:00-14:00 hrs. and 15:00-18:00 hrs. In regions 5, 9 and 10 a representative from the Regional Office will be receiving your documents on August 20th and 21st, 2015.
After your schedule has been approved, register the number of sessions per day in SAPI, having as deadline August 28th, 2015 before 18:00 hrs.
