Survey Results for the 2016-2017 School Year

Dear English instructor,


The results of the Survey for the 2016-2017 School Year are now available in SAPI. The published information is based on the options you stated on the survey. For more information about the CCTs you have been assigned to, click here.

Remember that if you are currently assigned to a regular school (morning or afternoon shift) you will conclude your participation as an English instructor on June 30, 2016. On the other hand, if you are assigned to a full time school you will conclude your participation on July 15, 2016.

In order to start the 2016-2017 school year, read and follow this important information about the activities that will be carried out during the month of August:

August 1 to 5

Access SAPI, using the username and password that you currently have to download and print the following forms for the 2016-2017 school year:

  • Designation letter(s)*
  • Statistics and schedule letter
  • Attendance confirmation card

* Read the attached guides to the designation letter to know how to fill out this form.
August 5

Your 2015-2016 username and password to access SAPI will be deactivated at 18:00 hrs.
August 15 to 19

1. Provide the principal of the school you have been assigned to for the 2016-2017 school year the following:

  • Designation letter(s)
  • Statistics and schedule letter form(s) – Fill out in advance a schedule proposal.

Keep in mind that both documents have to be signed by the principal and must have the school’s stamp.

2. Deliver the filled out, signed and stamped designation letter and statistics and schedule letter forms at your corresponding Regional Office* from 8:00-14:00 hrs. and 15:00-18:00 hrs.

*In region 1, the schedule is from 8:00-15:00 hrs. In regions 5, 7, 9 and 10, a representative from the Regional Office will be receiving your documents on August 18 and 19, 2016.
August 15 to 26

After your schedule has been approved, register the number of sessions per day in SAPI, having as deadline August 26, 2016 before 18:00 hrs.
