Access SAPI using the username and password that you currently have to download and print the following forms for the 2017-2018 school year:

• Designation letter(s)*
• Statistics and schedule letter form

* Read the attached guides to the designation letter to know how to fill out this form.

Your 2016-2017 username and password to access SAPI will be deactivated at 18:00 hrs.

1. Provide the principal of the school you have been assigned to for the 2017-2018 school year the following:

• Designation letter(s)
• Statistics and schedule letter form(s) – Fill out in advance a schedule proposal.

Keep in mind that both documents have to be signed by the principal and must have the school’s stamp.

2. Deliver the filled out, signed and stamped designation letter and statistics and schedule letter forms at your corresponding Regional Office* from 8:00-14:00 hrs. and 15:00-18:00 hrs.

* In Regional Office 1, the schedule is from 8:00-15:00 hrs.

* Instructors assigned to region 5 and 7 will deliver the documents to a representative of the Language Department at the auditorium of Universidad Tecnológica Linares, located at Antiguo Camino a Hualahuises S/N, Colonia Camachito, Linares on August 17, from 10:30 to 15:00 hrs.

* Instructors assigned to region 9 will deliver the documents to a representative of the Language Department at school Leona Vicario located at Aramberri S/N, Colonia Centro, Dr. Arroyo on August 17, from 15:00 to 18:00 hrs. and August 18, from 8:00 to 12:00 hrs.

* Instructors assigned to region 10 will deliver the documents to a representative of the Language Department at CECAM 1910 located at Miguel Guadiana S/N, Colonia Bella Vista, Sabinas Hidalgo on August 17, from 10:30 to 15:00 hrs.

After your schedule has been approved, register the number of sessions per day in SAPI having as deadline August 25, 2017 before 18:00 hrs.
