Survey for the 2023-2024 School Year

Dear AEE,

The Survey for the 2023-2024 School Year is now available. This electronic survey was designed to let the Language Department know your plans for the following school year, as well as the school options you are interested in.

To help you fill out this survey, download the file from the section SURVEY 2023-2024 in your SAPI account. Read all the information and instructions carefully.

Important:
• It is requested for you to fill out the survey, even if you are planning not to participate as an AEE for the next school year.
• Use upper and lower case letters to register the information requested in this survey.
• Submit this survey only once. ANY ADDITIONAL SUBMISSIONS WILL BE DISCARDED.
• After completing and sending your survey, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation within FIVE WORKING DAYS.
• If changes are requested or if required you will be contacted to set an appointment to attend the Language Department.

Notice:
• Schools with 6, 7 or 8 groups will be assigned to only ONE AEE.
• The Language Department will have the final decision on your assignation.
• Your assignation for the 2023-2024 school year will depend on the availability of schools.

If you chose the option “I would like to change school” you will be contacted by the personnel from the Language Department, from July 24 to 26, to give you a date for an appointment.
